You quickly look up Geoff's contacts and click on the number for Griffon. While the phone is dialing, your mind starts to wander. You'd always admired Griffon back when you were just a fan of the company. Unfortunately, right around the time you were hired, she decided to go off and pursue her art. Sad. You would have loved to spend some time around her. Watching her work, chatting her up, making a move. But you never got the chance.
Until now.
You're in the middle of thinking about the things you want to do to her when the phone stops ringing and a feminine voice comes across. Your pants tighten as she says, in a sultry voice, "hey sweetheart."
It's in that instant that you realize you have no idea what to say. You pause for a moment to compose yourself. What would Geoff say? you think. You open your mouth to speak.
