Bring the witch back to your kingdom so she receives death by whip

You grab the witch and bring her back to your kingdom.
The witch is stripped naked and tied between two posts. The goblin brings the whip down on her bare back. It only take three lashes before the witch is howling in pain. The fourth strikes her boob. The fifth hits her bum. The sixth lands on her thighs. The witch eventually dies under the whip.
Goblins then report that the young king and his guards had travelled to your dragon cave. The guards were all killed by goblins, at the cost of several goblin lives, but the young king killed his sister and then himself. He must have really feared what you might do to them.
Well, nothing to do now but...
