You grab the witch and bring her back to your kingdom.
She is tied to the stake and burned.
Goblins then report that the young king and his guards had travelled to your dragon cave. The guards were all killed by goblins, at the cost of several goblin lives, but the young king killed his sister and then himself. He must have really feared what you might do to them.
Well, nothing to do now but...
