Cara comes in... on her day off.

"Tiffany, " she whispers "is he with a client?"

You frown, unsure of why she is whispering, but nod.

"Good, " she continues, "come with me..."

She leads you to the filing room.

"Look...uh.... have you noticed anything...uh... unusual about yourself... or uh... Dr. Milton," she asks, clearly uncomfortable.

How do you respond?

• "No, everything is status quo." you answer.
• "Yes, Dr. Milton is behaving a bit odd..." you answer.
• "Yes, I...uh... have... been feeling odd..." you answer.
