Despite your raging ladyboner, you are still a Van Helsing. You have to remain in control of yourself. You sit up straight in bed, sliding away from the mysterious intruder. Your weapons - a large-caliber revolver in its leather holster and an elegant, wickedly sharp sword in its sheath - are just a few feet away.
The man stops and stares at you with a piercing gaze. You find yourself shaking, as if his eyes have some sort of power. Trying to clear your head, you look around the room. The path to the door and window are both clear. Or you could stay and rely on your weapons.
