You put out the fire by throwing the bed sheet over the burning corpse and proceed to shove what was once a living, breathing cat under the guest room bed. You head upstairs to greet your virgin neckbeard friend Matticus at the door.

"What's for dinner?" asks Matticus, remarking the singed-fur odour that still clings to the air.

"Errr... Sorry, bro. I accidentally set it on fire."

"Hey bro," he asks, "ya mind if I hang at your place overnight? My mom kicked me out of her basement so uhh... I sorta need a place to stay, bro. I can hook you up with some booze and weed if ya'd like."

It hits you that Matticus is asking to stay at your house and he will have to use the guest room. It is quite possible that he will notice the remains there!
