"If you can't leave the sewers, then why don't I move in here with you?" you question without thinking.
"Really? You mean it?" she asks you, eyes wide and hopeful.
"Well, yes. I would hopefully find a slightly cleaner part of the sewer, but yes. I would move in here to be with you," you tell her.
"Oh, thank you!" The rat girl exclaims jumping on you and planting a wet kiss on your lips. "I know just the place, you'll love it."
There are many things you regret in your life- and often, you miss the world outside the sewer- but in the end, you are happy. You and the rat girl, Raishel, are never officially married. But you live together for the rest of your lives, fucking every chance you get, and soon the sewers are full of part-rat children. It's not a life you ever pictured for yourself, but it's the life you've chosen. And it's the life you stick with until the day you die. And in the end, that's all that really matters.
