Ask Gurach if you can go into town

With there being a small town where all races are welcome nearby, you kind of want to get out of this cave, and get some fresh air. It takes some convincing, but Gurach finally agrees to let you go on your own. He gives you some commoner clothes he had lying around along with some money, and leads you out of the cave. The sunlight is so bright it almost blinds you.
"Be safe." Gurach says. "And be sure to be back by sundown."
"Okay." you respond, and he kisses you.
With that you take off to the small town, with a small basket around your arm. As you enter the front gate of the town, called Nurishma, which is old elvish for Welcome All, you see all kinds of mixed races here. Elves, dwarves, orcs, humans, griffons, and so on. They're all talking and laughing as if everything was normal, even kids of all races are playing together in the streets. It's actually kind of nice here.
Nurishma is more of a large bizarre than anything, with food stands, toy stands, and house hold appliance stands. There are a few buildings as well, like a few restaurants, a pub, a hospital, a prison, an inn, and a couple of small houses. But now that you think about it, what did you come here for anyway?
- Go to the pub to get a drink
- Go to the hospital to take care of your aching loins
- Go to one of the stands and get supplies
- Go to one of the restaurants and get some decent food
