The Beach
You decide there's no way this could be real. You shut your eyes tight, take a deep breath, and pinch yourself hard on the upper arm.
Nothing seems different, so you open your eyes, and your fears are confirmed. You're still on the unknown beach, the rushing sound of the ocean still in your ears. You can't pinch yourself awake or away, so you figure you'll try to find out more about where you are...and how to get back home.
