"I, uhh..." you stammer with fear, trying to mumble out an apology while yet again taking a step back.
The old man looks as if he would crumble any minute. His wrinkly complexion seems to form a frown.
"I'm sorry for trying to hit you," you finally blurt out.
The old man smiles. "That's alright, son. We ARE family now, right? Now, what are you two young fellers names?" the old man asks.
"What do you mean, 'family'?" you say firmly, feeling a bit better now that you're building confidence.
Once again, the elderly man's face seems to be cross at you. "Now, lookey here. I have been in here for 50 years, stuck inside this God-Forsaken old mansion! No one to talk to, to be with, even have a sign of! I was in complete solitude, until now! So you will give me respect, as well as cooperation. Now, tell me your names!" the old man practically bellows.
