Allow Thomas to take you back to his house

From Create Your Own Story

"Thank you," you say gratefully. You desperately need shelter and to get warm, and this seems like your best bet.

10 minutes later, Thomas is ushering you into his cozy house. He gives you the 30-second tour -- living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom -- before leading you to the bathroom. He removes your stll sopping clothes, leaving you naked, and draws a very hot bath. "Get in and soak until the cold leaves your bones," he instructs.

You feel the heavenly warmth suround you as you settle into the bath. "What would you like to eat?" he asks.

You're not feeling choosy. "Anything." Thomas leaves the room.

10 minutes later, he's spoon-feeding you hot chicken noodle soup. The warm food heats you from the inside out and the bath heats you from the outside in. By the time the soup is finished, the chilled feeling in your bones is a distant memory.

Thomas returns the empty bowl to the kitchen, then washes your hair and cleans your body with a soapy washcloth. You rinse off and Thomas helps you dry yourself with a towel, which he then returns to the rack.

"I can wash and dry your clothes," he says. "But by the time I'm done, it will be very late, and you don't have any place you can go anyway while this storm rages. You'd be chilled to the bone again in minutes if you walked outside. Why don't you spend the night and we'll figure out what to do in the morning?"
