Regardless of why Kirsten set up the bet, you intended to do everything to win it. The stakes were too good to be true; a coupon to make Kirsten anything you would desire. You imagined a lot of things you'd make Kirsten do, one crazier than the next. You had better not, though; counting your eggs before they were in the pudding turned out to be a too big distraction. Kirsten ambushed you at the fridge when you fetched a can of soda. She had the better position and the upper hand. No matter how hard you tried, you couldn't escape her headlock. Finally you surrendered, forfeiting the bet. You talked to the guy, somehow talked him into ditching his girlfriend for a NBA game and never got another opportunity to make a bet like this one again.
All of you leave the car and stretch your limbs. Your mom grabs the keys to the lodge and unlocks the door. She and your sisters enter the lodge, leaving you to tend to the luggage. You open the trunk and haul what feels like a ton of luggage into the living area of the lodge. You return to the car to get the rest, and as you enter the lodge again, you find your sisters arguing with your mother. You soon discover what the ruckus is about; as promised, the lodge is equipped with four roosts. What the prospect didn't tell is that the roosts consist of two double beds, one in each bedroom. That means that you will have to share rooms with either one of your sisters - or your mother. Who will you share a room with?
