"What kind of debt?" you ask. "A personal one, I heard."
"What do you think he's like? Do you think he can fight? What does he look like? How far away is his home?"
"Hold on, princess. I know nothing about him, but for your father to let him have you, he must be trustworthy."
"We should leave," you say, "I really hate waiting when I can help it." Duran agrees, and you set out for the North Gate, intent on reaching Ruairi's land as soon as possible. However, as you cross the gate, something unexpected happens. A sharp pain rips through you, permeating every inch of your body and setting it ablaze with pain. Your body gives out and you fall off your horse. Duran and 3 guards rush towards you and carry you back towards the castle. As the last of your consciousness slips away, you notice the pain disappears as you cross back onto city grounds.
When you reawaken, your father is standing over you, and your body feels, odd, heavier and lighter at the same time.
