You roll over and tightly pull your sheet around you. Closing your eyes again you sigh and relax. Within two minutes you are in a deep dreamless sleep.

You wake up again after about two hours and stretch out. You feel much more normal. The headache is gone and you feel like yourself again. I guess it's time for you to get up. But what are you going to do now?

You give a slight sigh as you face up to the fact that you can't bounce back from a wild night like you used to. Another reason to feel bad about turning forty.

But you can't wallow in self-pity all day. You toss the sheets aside and sit up. You stretch out, rolling your shoulders and flexing your arms. It might be Saturday but you can't spend the whole day in bed. It's time for you to get up. But what are you going to do first?
