Ben Ffolkes
A British businessman, Ben Ffolkes holds a monopoly over any wine coming from Great Britain to America. It's made him rich, and his competitors have tasked you with getting rid of him. Murdered his wife, but was never found guilty. Regularly rapes his daughter.
He is staying at the Crown Hotel, New York City. Put him down. Collateral Damage is not a concern.
