Visit your sister in the mental hospital

On the drive to the hospital, you recall that it is Natalie's birthday on Wednesday, and so drop by a cemetary and pinch a few flowers to give her.
There is always room the parking lot at the hospital, it seems very few people get visitors here. You think that is a real shame, as it is human interaction that these people need most.
Once you sign in at reception, the clerk goes back to sleep and you walk the familiar corridor towards Wing D.
Before you get to the double doors though, a flash of blonde hair catches your eye and you stop walking. Looking into the room, you then see a small blonde head pop around the door. She is ghostly thin and twitchy, reminding you of an elf with a bad flu.
"uHiIIIIi!!!" Says the girl. She has pretty soft pink skin under all of the mucas and dribble coming from her nose and mouth.
You say 'Hi' back and then try to listen as she makes some funny sounds and gurgling noises. You think you heard her say her name was "Vi" and wonder what to do.
