You can't help but try to turn the dial again, but this time, you can't budge it. As you try to force it, it clicks three more times, then there's a *poof* and a bit of smoke.
When you look up at the girl, she's sitting down. Her cylinder is full of breastmeat as her breasts have grown too large to comfortably fit inside the confined space, and too heavy for her to carry around on her own.
