Faced with a threat like that, you do the only thing you can think of: you flip open the window and toss the shoes out. You watch them fall down to the alley far below.
"Get out there and bring them back!" Ms. Pierce orders you.
When you don't immediately move, she gives you a hard shove that sends you tumbling out the window. You hit the ground hard and it hurts. You try to get up, but you're in amazing amounts of pain and your arms don't seem to want to work right. You lie in the alleyway and struggle until you finally pass out.
You wake up in a hospital bed. Both your arms are in plaster casts from your shoulders to your wrists. Your hard-on is making a little tent in the crotch of your white hospital gown.
