Study in homeroom

You head to homeroom and study for your upcoming math test. You go on for the day not much seems to happen and you take the bus home.
You arrive at home and your dad is there to greet you. Your father has been a bit of a wreck since your mothers death and you have had to take charge more than him. As usual he is sitting there in his underwear and a tanktop.
"Hey honey how was school?" He asks you
"Rather boring, not much happened"
"Sheesh, hey you wanna come watch some tv with me" He gestures for you to sit with him on the couch.
You could use the break and watch some tv with him, but your rather tired and could just head up to your room everyone needs alone time.
