Sit and wait for the doctor to tend to you

You take a seat on the chair indicated and wait. After a few minutes, the doctor approaches. You point at your ears to indicate that you've been deafened.
The doctor nods. She leaves for a moment and returns with a pill and some water. You put the pill in your mouth and swallow it down with some water. In moments, you are sound asleep.
When you awaken, you are lying on the ground. You look around and see the doctor sitting nearby tending to a muscular redheaded woman. The redhead gets up and leaves and the doctor walks over to you.
"It's been two hours," she says. "Your ears should be recovered."
You smile and reply, "I hear you perfectly."
You get up and start to walk away. The redhead you saw before is standing just inside the entrance/exit, talking to a tall brunette and a short, chunky blonde. All of them seem to have bruises on their legs. They look up as you approach and smile at you.
