SM:Catch the Bus

You ignore the suggestions of your rescuers and immediately make for the bus stop just across the street from you. As you scurry across the street a few cars are forced to stop and a few honk at you including one that missed hitting you by mere inches. You get to the stop just as the bus pulls up and the door opens. You wait for a couple of people to get off before climbing up the stairs. The driver doesn't seem to mind the fact that you're only wearing swimming trunks and looking at the other passengers you figure the reason is because more than a few people in the bus already are too.
"Well, take your seat. Don't forget that the bus is free today until four P.M. due to it being Beach Day," the driver says, throwing his hand over his shoulder and pointing with his thumb. You recall that this is a local holiday that falls on the second day of summer so nobody gets off work or school but it has a few perks. Which works out for you since you didn't have any money anyway.
You take the seat closest to the door that isn't a handicap seat and wait. The bus lurches forward through the traffic.
You look at the digital display above the driver at the front of the bus. It reads: "Next Stop: 32nd Street."
That street is near where you work, and there are mostly office buildings in the area. It takes more time than you would like to finally reach the stop and you aren't yet sure if it is even the one you want.
