Red's grandmother's husband

The door opens, and an older man steps through. He's dressed quite simply, in overalls, a plaid shirt, and a straw hat. His overall appearance suggests he's a farmer, but his confidence and lack of discretion in entry makes it clear he's no intruder or guest; this must be the grandmother's husband.
"Sweetheart?" He calls out into the house, squinting a little bit. "One of our neighbors said they saw you in the nude..." He seems to notice you on the bed, and squints harder. "Must've been mistaken. Is everything alright in here, my love?" He scrunches up his nose slightly. "It smells like a dog in here. Did you take in a stray?"
Ah...so it seems this man has some sub-par vision, if you're reading the cues correctly. Sounds like he's a bit dim-witted, too. Now, it's not exactly your original plan, but perhaps you can make this work and have a little fun all the same.
What do you do?
- Make a run for it, out of the cabin
- Try to impersonate Red's grandmother (Gay content ahead)
