Raise your shield to block the hammer

You raise your hammer, but are too slow. The creature luaghs as the hammer slams into your left ear, sending you sprawling onto the ground. Getting up, you are a bit dizzy, and the monster takes advantage, smashing you on the head incredibly hard. The creature then yells a quick bark, that is so loud it's deafening. All the monsters come over to attack you, those with axes running, while the ones with torches march in order to keep their flames alive. Quickly killing the monster that called the others, you:
