Piggy: "But wait, don't you usually wake up when you realize you're sleeping?"

Theodor: "No. See, there's an easy trick to help with that. Just spin around rapidly a few times, and the dream is re-strengthened."

Piggy: "Oh, yeah! I forgot about that. I better do it right now."

You rapidly spin around a few times with your eyes closed. Once you open them, Theodor is nowhere to be seen. Good job - you let that organ-stealing bastard escape.
