Piggy's Day/Stop and turn around

You bring the bike to a full stop, and turn around. However, for some reason the forest seems to turn around with you.

Piggy: "That's strange."

You turn around again. Same thing happens. You glance over your shoulder to see the exact same view as in front. You then turn to your side and try shaking your head to see both views at once. You somehow manage to flip the view, and see behind you in both directions. Now you're no longer sure where you came from.

Piggy: "Oh man, this is really bad. I need to call Swine!"

You take your phone from your pocket and try dialing, but the numbers on the phone keep changing places. For some reason you don't have Swine's number in your phone, so you'll have to dial it manually.

Piggy: "Okay, calm down. It's just an optical illusion. I still remember the positions of the buttons."

You close your eyes so that the changing visuals wouldn't affect your dialing. When you open your eyes, you see that the phone was in your other hand. This time you hold the phone with both of your hands. You manage to type the right number. It starts to call. You place the phone on your ear and start listening, but the sound between each beep keeps getting slower, until you feel like you've waited for an hour.

Piggy: "What's happening to me!?"

You try and remember how you got into this situation. You remember that you had to go to the doctor two months ago, because of... Something with your brain.

Piggy: "I remember seeing... My doctor walking on the ceiling. And the walls were growing and people were melting! It must've been the apocalypse! But if that happened two months ago, that means that I'm living in a post-apocalyptic world..."

You decide to check the internet for news on apocalyptic events. The actual words are distorted beyond recognition, but there are images of plane accidents, terrorism, natural disasters and other horrible things. You are now certain that the apocalypse has occurred.

Piggy: "Well, this explains everything! But why aren't I in hell? Did I somehow survive the apocalypse?"

You look around. You see nobody anywhere.

Piggy: "Everyone else must've died, while I stayed behind. Maybe the riders of the apocalypse didn't think to check the forest."

This all seems entirely logical to you.

Piggy: "But then, there might be other survivors in the forest! I need to go search for them!"

You take your bike and try to ride it, but soon enough crash into a tree at full speed. You break your back falling on a sharp rock, and die. The strange events of your last moments were caused by your Todd's syndrome making a comeback.
