You strip down and strap the fake sea shells onto your chest. You slide the tail piece over your legs. You feel hot wearing something that you know belongs on a woman's body. But you find it odd how you seem to have filled the costume so well. You touch the sea shells and find that they feel like actual shells. You've got soft, pliant breasts bulging up underneath them! And when you try to move your legs, you find that the tail is an actual part of you!
The room fills with clear, sparkling water. The walls fall away and you find yourself floating suspended in liquid. You gasp and your lungs fill with water. You aren't drowning. You're very much in your element.
