You were not lying when you said you lived close. It is only about 15 minutes until you pull into your driveway. There are no neighbors close to where you live, so less of a chance of being seen taking the family into your house.
Normally, you don't like to be around anyone's kids, and you definitely don't want to hear them say anything. However, instead of telling them to shut up, you let them talk. You also ask them some questions, which they answer without a care in the world.
You find out the woman that you used the chloroform on has no husband. The guy left them about 6 months ago. There is no boyfriend, or girlfriend for that matter, that you are aware of. There is no roommate. No one to notice when they don't return home tonight.
You let the kids out and hand the girl your house keys. Then you open the passenger side door holding up their unconscious mom. You undo the belt and get her out of the car. You follow behind the kids and wait while the girl opens the door. Once open, you take their mom in and they close the door behind you.
You lay their mom on the couch and show them to a special room, and say, "This is my playroom. Why don't you both go on in and wait for your mom to wake up."
They both go in and you close the door and lock it behind them. Then you lock the hidden deadbolts to secure the front door. There is no way out.
