You do a barrel roll off the falling fire-escape. Your precise timing and ninja skillitz pay off, landing you safely, albeit unpleasantly, in the back of a garbage truck. You waste no time in climbing out.
The wreckage of the fire-escape has blocked the road, crushing one man's car. You speculate from experience that you have at least an hour before the police get off their asses and check this out, so you should have more than enough time to haul all the scrap you need up to your apartment. Unfortunately, you don't have the tools to cut this metal, but a few chunks have broken off. They're by no means small, but some might fit through your door.
You try to budge one of the mangled iron chunks, half of a platform. You're going to need a buddy to get it very far.
