"I dun think I wana go home alun," you slur.
"Then we'll give you a nice place to rest a while," the policewoman says.
She takes you to the local stationhouse, where another officer is booking a trashy-looking blonde hooker.
"You got a drunk, I got a streetwalker," the other officer says. "Might as well stick 'em together for a bit. Only have to open one cell that way."
"Honey, this is Taffy," your officer says to you, pointing a thumb at the hooker. "She's a nice girl who just gets herself arrested every other day. Taffy, you let this poor thing sleep off her drunk, okay?"
The two of you are escorted to a cozy little cell with a set of bunk beds. You do feel like lying down for a while. After locking you in, the officers leave.
"So," Taffy says. "You want top bunk or bottom bunk?"
