I watched the raider, his eyes constantly darting around. I had seen enough of the raiders to be used to bulky menaces, but Ryley was different. Although I was able to get a bit about his backstory from him, I also had to talk to other raiders to find out more, as Ryley was a very shifty person. I don't think anyone would trust him even cleaned up, in normal clothes. He just had that look, scoping, watching, aware of everything around him.
Ryley is one of the best pickpockets around, which also makes him one of the best thieves. He started stealing when he was young, not even in his teenage years. His move from city life to raider came when he was caught trying to steal from a shop. The owner and him scuffled, and in the end, the owner was killed. The city security heard it, found him over the shop owners body, and tried to apprehend him. He managed to avoid them, and as the hunt for him was going on, he slipped past them, almost under their nose. He was one of the first members of Greg's band.
