D&D: They whip and torture you

"I've got just the thing, kittens love twine right?" The guy you kneed pulls out some twine and holds it in front of your face.
"I know you want to play with the twine" he says and tosses it over an overhead support beam. "Stand her up" he says with a huge grin.
They stand you up and hold you in place under the beam and before you know it you find yourself still bound with rope on your wrists behind your back and some rope around your knees preventing you from kicking. You still can't talk due to the gag in your mouth but what's worse is the twine that's tied to your nipples holding you in that standing position. You are unsure of their intent, but are certain you'll find out very soon.
Then they begin to whip you, the first crack startles you and cause you jump a little bit which causes the twine to pull taught and yank your nipples, making you quickly move back to your original position. You quickly realize the situation you are in as you are forced to move around by the whip, your movement causes your tits to be pulled in different directions. If given enough time you may be able to loosen the ropes around your wrists, but you'll have to endure this torment in the mean time. Meanwhile they haven't found that rod yet and it's constant hum is beginning to drive you insane with lust.
