D&D: The elf gain the upper hand

You both start to wrestle, and quickly you are both rolling on the floor, each one tries to pin down her opponent. You are a bit larger and stronger than the elf, which is very slim. However, she is very agile and you are having a hard time to keep up with her maneuvering. For several minutes, you are rolling back and forth, as the crowd cheers, without anyone getting the upper hand.
You hope that your stamina is better than that of the elf, so you could wear her down and than finish her. You both breath heavier now, and you use the opportunity and quickly make a move, jumping and pinning her down to the ground.
"Surrender now, elf!" you yell at her, as you attempt to grab her hands as you sit on her chest, pinning her down.
"Never, you slut!" she hisses back.
One of her arms is shot up, her hand grabbing your nipple. She twists your nipple so hard, you are sure she is about to tear it out... you scream in pain, and she uses this opening to grab your hair with her other hand, which you release from the pain. She quickly pulls you off her, and for a moment, you both lie down next to each other, panting.
While you try to recover from the pain, she rolls over you and quickly bitch-slap you several times.
The situation is not looking too good for you, but not all is lost - or at least, you hope so...
