D&D: Force her to comply

You grab her and she struggles, slapping you in the face.
You slap her back and she drops to her knees holding her red cheek. You grab hold of her again and say "Now, Irene, are you going to take that shirt off?"
"No you bastard! Leave me alone!"
You stongly suspect that she could be the enchantress and is trying to conceal a mark under that shirt. What do you do?
