You are an 18 Year Old Male, attracted to people of the same sex. You wake up and realize that today is Initiation day, they day where everyone chooses a faction. Although you are from the Amethist faction, you are not sure whether you would want to stay in this faction or not. You're test doesn't give an answer either, giving either Flawless, Erudite and Amethist in no particular order. You feel so tired and scared that everyone is going to think of you as a traitor but you're not sure which faction you want to stay in.
You look at yourself in the mirror, months of hard work into exercising has made u quite buff, but you're still considered weak to your older brother, Marcus who joined Fearless. You take a quick shower and prepare for initiation day. "Its fine if you change factions, we'll still love you", your mother says to you, smiling. Despite her assurance, you still feel scared, you're unaware of where you want to go.
At the main hall, you sit down next to your parents. The process of initiation is once the speaker of the house, Leader of the Amethist faction Linda Hyousil, say your name, you have to physically cut your hand and let the blood dip into one of the bowls. There are four different bowls, each showing one faction: Fearless, the brave and courageous, Erudite, the smart and intelligent, Amethist, the peaceful and peace-loving, and Clarity, the selfless. You glance at your brother, wearing a red jacket over a black tank top and black leather pants. Your brother became more buff, so much more handsome and his back has a "Fearless" Symbol. "James Kenyer", you hear the speaker of the house say. You step up, and walk towards the stage.
You look through the bowls. A beautiful blazing fire in the Fearless bowl, a clear sparkling water in the Erudite bowl, a small plant in the Amethist bowl and a glass filled with stones in the Clarity bowl. You decide against Clarity, due to it being the weakest and you knowing that you're not selfless.
