You look around to see where you are, maybe some location can spark a reboot for your memory. You are in a car, stuck in traffic. Your mother is restless, sounding the horn every other second. "Come on, Come on... If this keeps up we'll be late for the appointment.", she mutters. You become curious and ask, "What appointment, mother?". You become surprised at the formality in your tone, but your "mother" was unfazed, and answers, "You remember the appointment to Dr. Pavan we took last week, don't you? Every doctor I took you to all referred to him. I did some research on his work, he seems like he's done some major work in studying the human psyche." "You're taking me to a psychiatrist. Am I mad?", you exclaim. Your "mother's" face turns pale, "Oh no no no, dear, please don't be angry... you're a fine child. I told you he was gonna treat your bad eyesight because I thought... you might...". She almost breaks into tears. "Fine, let's get it over with." you say faking a retort.
"Either she is a very gullible mother or a damn good actress", you conclude, "Either way if what she says is true, then I have some kind of psychiatric disorder, maybe that's the reason why I have amnesia... I'll just play along for now."
You look outside and find that the line of vehicles is very long, you cannot see the last car at all. Looking forward you see a similar long line of vehicles, but you can vaguely see some people doing something... it's really hard to see.
