"Whoa, whoa, whoa," You start calmly, "You are a guest on my ship."

You can see the confusion in her all too close face.

"How about some trust, huh?" You continue, "I'm not going anywhere"

After finishing your speech, you search the Squid girl's face for a reaction. Seeing confusion first, you are pleased when she eases off of you to enter a standing position with her tentacles hanging off the edge of the ship. You stand up to take a respectable distance away from her. Seeing her tentacles twitch in your direction, you stop moving backwards and take a seat on one of the boat's benches. 'Shit she's jumpy' You think, 'Do I attack or talk it out? I really don't want to end up as a cautionary tale.' Seeing her starring at you, she looks very unsure. You motion to allow her to talk, "Your turn," you say. Regardless of what you do, you want her talking and distracted.

"Well um, I want to fuck you," She starts meekly. "But men are so frail that most don't survive"
