Tree
- Calmed Tree
- This is basically every tree in the land of Makira. They don't do anything, they just stand there like good little trees. They don't harm anything passing by them, however they do enjoy a good conversation with anyone who speaks their language. They have the ability to uproot themselves and move around, and most of them have a good sense of balance in the world and would be willing to give up their lives to benefit others.
- Disgruntled Tree
- These trees are grumpy by nature. They make mischief in the woods. Tripping people as they pass them by and occasionally attacking them if in a particularly foul mood.
- Enraged Tree
- These are the trees that have been attacked without their consent and/or without reason. They will attack anyone who crosses their path and their rage often takes years to subside. The Calmed Trees view these trees unkindly and try not to associate themselves with them.
Rat
- Field Rat
- Your basic rat. Slightly smaller than most and usually fairly docile. They're more afraid of you than you are of them, but if you provoke them or if they feel threatened they won't hesitate to attack.
- Cave Rat
- Slightly bigger than the Field Rat and definitely more aggressive. These rats will attack you if you get too close to them. They are also cannibalistic and pile their dead into a pile for feeding their young.

- Zombie Rat
- Undead and angry. These rats feed on the flesh of the living. They too are cannibalistic and solely carnivorous.
Bat
- Forest Bat
- Common bat. They're fairly small, about 1' wingspan. They aren't particularly aggressive, but if provoked or frightened they will attack.

- Cannibalistic Bat
- They tend not to favor the meat of any of the sentient creatures. Instead they tend to feed on themselves. They are a rapidly dying out race under the protection of the Humans. Their wings are used as favored Clemenzot accessories.
- Giant Bat
- Put simply, a Forest Bat only two and a half times bigger.
- Sweaty Bat
- A Giant Bat that has been through rigorous physical exertion. It smells vile and has a hard time sneaking up on things with any sense of smell.
Undead
- Undead Warrior
- The warriors have ridiculous skills in attack, but their defense is lacking at best. They rush into the frey without a thought. They have no idea that they're dead. They respond and take orders like normal humans. They consist of all races except the Kabokura, but consist mostly of humans.
- Undead Mage
- Exclusively male, they are proficient in all but Odious and Divine magic. They're defense is lacking as well. They are cold and, for the most part, unfeeling.
- Undead Priest
- Exclusively female, they are proficient in Divine and Summon magic. They have better defense than the Warrior and the Mage, but it's still really not too impressive. They have a kind and caring demeanor. They have a natural attraction to the Undead Warrior. They don't like battle, but if the Warrior they are with goes into battle then they will back them up.
- Zombie
- Unintelligent and unfeeling. They are completely mindless and attempt to kill anything living. They have an unusual compulsion to devour brains and flesh. If bitten by a zombie you have 24 hours before you too are compelled towards Zombie-ish habits.
Dragon
- Baby Dragon
- These little guys usually stay in groups of two or three when their mother's not around. They are more likely to run away from you then fight you, unless one of the chicks happens to be a little over eager. Though they may be young don't underestimate their abilities.
- Sky Dragon
- Rarely found on the ground, these creatures live in the highest places they can find. They're fairly large, with a wingspan of 50 yards. They live in small colonies of 4-8. There's a fairly even split between the male and female population. They hunt while flying, preying on whatever's in the sky. Ocassionally they will swoop down and steal away a meal off the ground, such as a farmer's livestock, or even a particularly appetizing Numah.
- Earth Dragon
- These are flightless dragons. They're bipedal creatures who carry their eggs in a pouch until they hatch. They tend to live in dry flat areas, like badlands or deserts. They live in small groups of 3 or 4. There's a roughly equal amount of males as there are females. These dragons are fairly friendly, but if they feel threatened of are attacked first they will fight back. However, since they are mostly peaceful creatures they're not too terribly dangerous.
- Heavenly Dragon
- This race of dragons has no gender, they do not age, and they do not reproduce. Among some races they are regarded as gods, and others as demons. They live by themselves, a person will never seen more than two at a time. They are long and snake-like, with small front and rear legs. They have no horns or claws, but are covered in a thick layer of white fur. They have solid colored eyes in all bright shades and in all colors.
- Cursed Dragon
- This breed of dragon consists of all females and only one male. Once every year the male dragon flies all over the world and fertilizes all of the female dragons. The dragons lay the eggs and half a year later the eggs hatch. If any males are born they are shun from the nest by their mother. If any survive they fly to the scent of the the male dragon and attempt to kill him. If they succeed they are now responsible for flying around and impregnating the females. These dragons are sadistic and evil, as well as intelligent. They are the driving force of evil in the world. Generally they keep to themselves but if it meets their needs they will resort to any means necessary.
- Supreme Dragon
- These dragons are the most powerful and fearsome of all of them. They wield the power of all of the elements. They horde things they consider precious and attack anyone who comes near them. They are purely instinctual and violent natured. Often times they will find a mate, and as soon as they're done with them, kill the mate. They kill and eat anything that comes near their home. They are very territorial and their territories often span over a two mile radius. They're wings are generally punctured with holes and their scales often have precious gems wedged into them, which serves as even more protection. They have no breath ability but have insane natural magic ability.
- Sage Dragon
- These dragons are very humanoid. They live amongst other races and teach them all kinds of things. They have no wings, no horns, and very short claws. They have the typical elongated shouts, however they have both carnivorous and herbivorous teeth. They have tails of varying lengths. Their lifespan ranges from 100-200 years, they're only in the adolescent stage of their lives.
Goo
- Dire Blank
- This goo stays perfectly clear, making it very hard to see. It's aquatic and is often times mistaken for clean water. This goo is also very aggressive. When it makes a kill it slides over the corpse and absorbs only the blood of it's kill, leaving the rest of the corpse sparkling clean. Occasionally it will pick up diseases from it's kill and become a Diseased Goo.
- Diseased Goo
- This is either a Dire Blank that has become diseased through bad blood absorption, or come from another Diseased Goo. These things spread diseased upon contact. The ones born diseased carry all diseases at once, while the ones who become diseased carry only the disease given to them as a Dire Blank.
- Poison Goo
- Poisons a person upon contact. These things roam around and absorb the most vile, toxic things into themselves. They are a puke green color and emit a terrible odor. They're incredibly stupid and will on occasion mistake each other as toxic waste and try to eat each other.
- Black Goo
- This goo is used for waste disposal at garbage plants. When a waste dump is full one of these Black Goos is sent out to absorb all of the garbage. Once that's done it is sent to a platform, from which it is launched into outer space. After a week or so the goo dies. Then, a few months later, the goo hardens and becomes just another space rock. Occasionally a goo will escape from a garbage plant. If this happens they usually cause mass damage to anything that happens to be around them.
- Clear Goo
- This goo is used in medicinal practices. It's main purpose is to act as an antidote to most rare diseases. These goo naturally don't get along with the poison or diseased goo. They're very docile and sometimes small children will keep them as pets. This goo doesn't really absorb things, rather it slides over them and leaves them perfectly clean.
Cube
- Happiness Cube
- This cube is the most pleasant thing in the world. If you encounter this cube consider yourself fortunate. It will follow you around and maintain a cheery disposition no matter how horrid you are to it.
- Anger Cube
- This cube is filled with pure, concentrated hate. It doesn't often say much, rather it will just follow you around, snarling and possibly making foaming noises. It won't ever hurt the adventurer unless you somehow manage to make it even angrier than it already is. It is always the first one into a battle
- Morality Cube
- This is your conscience in a cube. This little guy follows you around and is constantly telling you to do the right thing in any situation. It will scold you for being bad, and then attempt to correct your behavior. It never engages in battle, since it believes fighting is wrong.
- Instruction Cube
- This is the all-knowing cube. It literally knows everything about it's surroundings, and only needs to be asked in the right way in order to disclose it's information. However, once you get it going, there's no way to shut it up.
- Intelligence Cube
- This cube is closely related to the instruction cube, however it's more personable. It has no clue about it's surroundings, however, it does know an awful lot about battle tactics, magic, and lore, as well as any other life skill. These cubes are a lot harder to find, and it's also a lot harder to get information out of them than out of the instruction cube.
- Companion Cube
- This cube is your best friend. It doesn't talk, and it doesn't walk. Once it spots you, you are bound to it until either you or it is destroyed.
- Pessimism Cube
- This cube is perpetually depressed and thinks that the world should just die. And it follows you around with this attitude until the first sign of battle, at which time it flings itself at the enemy and realizes that...it can't die.
Fish
- Spiny Fish
- These fish are nothing but spikes. They're innards are as hard as coral, making them very heavy and very slow moving. They're not too terribly aggressive, but they will occasionally prey on weaker fish. They're circular in shape, about one and a half foot diameter.
- Smooth Fish
- This fish are very fast. They tend to befriend the Aitiri and follow them around while they're in the water. They are peaceful herbivorous fish that like to live in wide expanses of water. They're about two feet long and their scales are a metallic silver color, making them look like a bullet when they swim.
- Kite Fish
- These fish don't really swim so much as float along through the water waiting for their next meal. They feed off of the waste floating in the water. No other fish prey on them, but Kaie find them particularly enjoyable.
- Rabid Fish
- These are fish that have been affected by a Diseased Goo or by a Dire Blank. They've completely lost all control of themselves and all they think about is killing all living things around them.
- Crazy Fish
- These fish are naturally insane. They have a variety of mental illnesses including schizophrenia, bipolar ism, and obsessive compulsive disorder. These fish are prone to doing insane things, such as unintended suicide, and attempting to fly.
Beasts
- Male Lion
- Typically very lazy creatures, they're just there to look tough. The Namuh royalty like to keep them as pets as a sign of their power. The Separm like to have them living in their forest because it keeps most of the normal creatures away, there by letting the forest live longer. They don't really do any fighting, unless it's when their territory is invaded by another male.
- Female Lion
- These lions are the scary ones. They're strong, and fast. They do the hunting for the rest of their pack. If they find something that looks tasty they will find a good way to approach, then attack. They're not stupid however, and will attempt to run away if they feel their lives are in danger. They often hunt alone, and can be away from their den for days at a time. The Clemenzot regard them as sacred beasts.
- She-Wolf
- They hunt in packs of 5-15. No individual one is very threatening but together they can be quite formidable. On occasion they will bring wolf cubs along and keep them off to the sides to learn how the mothers obtain their food. They tend to live in forests or extremely cold areas. No one has seen a male wolf in a long time, but it's assured that they do exist.
- Sea Bear
- A polar bear like creature that has two fins coming out of it's back and a dolphin tail coming out in place of a normal bears tail. It has webbing between it's toes to help it swim better, and it has the ability to completely close of it's nostrils to keep water from getting in. It has a pearly white film that covers it's eyes when it goes underwater to protect it's vision. It has no ears, but instead has long super sensative hairs that come out where it's ears should be that allows it to pick up on vibrations in the air and water, allowing it to hear. This animal is carnivorous, yet still fairly peaceful. It won't attack an enemy which it feels threatened by, instead it will run to the nearest source of water and hop into it. Once underwater it will find a safe place to hide until it feels safe again. The Sea Bear can hold it's breath underwater for a good hour while extremely active. When just floating, or hiding underwater it's time is increased to and hour and a half to two hours.
- Foosh
- A small fuzzy puff ball that comes in all kinds of bright colors. It has big black eyes that take up almost three fourths it's height. It's only about six inches high and bounces around like it's in zero gravity. These things, though they don't look it, are one of the most vicious creatures on Makira. They're carnivorous yet young children of all races enjoy having them as pets.
- Vegar
- A kleptomaniac squirrel race. They have purple fur and abnormally long tails with very little fur on them. They're eyes are pure white and they have little black claws on both sets of feet. They like to steal anything they can get their hands on from any creature that happens to be walking by. They don't like to engage in combat unless they catch you trying to steal from them. When they feel as though their life is threatened they will transform into a sexy version of their attackers race. If the attacker is female the Vegar will become male and vice versa.
Insects
- Ikaji
- Vicious cousins of Kalira They look very similar with the exception that they are shorter and more hunched over. Their second set of arms is also longer and their silk sacs are on their back two legs. The Ikaji survive purely on instinct. They feed when they feel like and on what they feel like. The Kalira look down on them and consider them no better than animals. In fact they show even less respect for them than they do all of the other creatures of Makira.
- Scoropi
- Rather large scorpions with dragonfly wings. They have intelligent thought patters and express speech through clicking their pincers and through distinct tail movements. These little guys are nasty. If you get too close to them they'll grab on to you with their pincers and poison you with their tail. They're poison is terribly lethal. It can kill a full grown Namuh in twenty minutes, without showing any signs of poison at all until the point of death.
- Sucker
- These are basically your ticks and leaches. You don't know they're on you until you start feeling light-headed from blood loss. They're basically round black globs with a rather large set of pointed teeth. As they suck a person's blood they're body expands, literally becoming one huge blood sack. And since they have no organs they can be a real pain to kill.
- Shu
- The most annoying insect on all of Makira. They make their way into every nook and cranny and begin to excrete a nasty odor. The smell spreads fast, making the Shu very hard to locate. And once they are found, there's no real way to kill them. The best method is to find the nearest body of water and just throw them in. The water will douse the smell until the Shu gets out and creeps back into another hiding spot.
Machines
- Defense Turret
- These are little tripodal egg shaped things about two feet high. They have a tracking laser coming out of a single red eye in the middle of their body. They have cute little voices, and really tend not to move too much.
- Gelne
- A machine trying to pass as one of the eight races. It is prone to malfuntions, making it very dangerous. It will often lash out at living creatures at are similar in shape to it's created body, then kill them and put they're skin on itself and try to pass for the person.
