Notes:

I translated this myself before double-checking with the officials FOR FUN. I WILL NOT sub a video upon request unless I HAVE SUBBED IT BEFORE.
If you've seen the officials, you'll notice that I translate differenctly because that's how I interpret the lyrics with the theme.
Lucky Star has many jokes which are specific to Japanese (or so I think).
The song is pretty fast, do don't try singing to it. =P Especially after the first intermission.

Lengths:

TOTAL TRANSLATION TIME: UNKNOWN YET (So far 15 minutes)
ACTUAL LENGTH OF SUBTITLED SECTION: 1 MINUTE AND 30 SECONDS
- That's a short time to stuff in so much text.

Translation:

  - Around can replace about.

- Looks peachy, doesn't it?
  - peachy is not a very correct word for this, but the meaning would be lost otherwise.

- Old-fashioned uniform!
