The Confederacy of Free Regions was started by long-time UNSC member Hiigar. Hiigar wanted to start his own alliance, and slowly invited members to the confederacy one by one. The confederacy grew and grew while it became better and better. Today, the Confederacy of Free Regions is a thriving SimCity union, with over ten members.
