Cmi Spark:Editing session plans
From Cmi Spark
This page provides information on who can edit a session plan and how he/she should go about it.
A typical session plan contains the following components:
[edit] Time
The time should be edited only after it has been confirmed with the students being taught. The time has two subsections: time for Telugu kids, and time for Bengali/Oriya kids
[edit] Volunteers
This has two subsections: one for the Telugu/Oriya kids and the other for the Bengali kids.
To edit the volunteers section, please add a list point with your name followed by whether or not you can make it for the session. Those people who know the same language as the kids being taught (e.g. Telugu people for Telugu kids) must have a list point for themselves (whether they come or not). Others should add list points for themselves only if they are interested.
Thus, for the Telugu kids, there will always be the following list points:
If, say, Kshitij is interested in also coming he will add the list point Kshitij.
For the Bengali/Oriya kids, the list includes:
- Arnab
- Bodhayan
- Anupam
- Anirbit
[edit] Preparation
This includes subsections on material to be taken, material to be given, toffees, what to teach. Who makes the edit changes has not been decided because it is so far unclear as to who is responsible.
