Early life

Oh was born on September 5, 1992 in Seoul, South Korea. During the majority of his childhood he lived with his grandparents in Heuksando, Mokpo of Jeollanam-do until his primary education began.

Oh graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Theatre from the Sungkyunkwan University in 2014.

Career

2012-current: Debut and early works

In 2013 Oh made his first acting appearance in the hit KBS2 family drama King's Family. Due to the drama's success he received immediate popularity in the industry. He was subsequently cast in the comedy film Slow Video followed by Miss Granny and made his debut three months later in the SBS action drama You're All Surrounded. On August 22, 2014 his casting in Jang Soo Store was announced.
