The confirmation release of the song album with its cover was announced April 8, 2013, with it being release three days later, both online and offline. It served as her come back single after a period of non-release up to a year and three months in the Japan music industry after the release of her award winning best selling debut single Strawberry Fields Forever. Officials hinted it as a song 'different from her usual known style' and it being a 'upbeat, fun yet strongly emotional' song.
