Reno

Confident and sharp-tongued, Reno doesn't take crap from anybody. Having grown up with a mother who gave him anything he wanted and an abusive father who tried to take it all away, Reno is very protecting of mom, and generally courteous and pleasant with any woman he encounters. He does love the ladies, but he would never take advantage of one, and is actually quite gentlemanly and chivalrous when the occasion calls for it. He won't stand to see anyone hit a woman, and has a history of intervening--violently if necessary--when a girl stands to get hurt.

Personable and extroverted, Reno has no trouble making friends, though his self-confidence and frankly brazen nature is often misconstrued as arrogance. Despite how he often acts the part, he's really not an idiot, and is in fact quite good at chemistry, making home-concocted explosives and building and renovating computers and gaming consoles in his spare time. Mostly he loves to have a good time, and a good time only gets better with good friends, and while he doesn't have too many people he can honestly truly trust, the ones that he finds have a friend for life. Whether it's partying hardy 'til dawn on the strip or just hanging out in his apartment with a few pals, it's a pretty safe bet that whatever Reno's doing, he'll be making the best of it.



In-Game History

Born in Las Vegas to a loving mother and a disinterested father, Reno spent most of his childhood hating his father for beating up on his mother. When he was eleven, he tried to put a stop to the abuse and got pistol-whipped by his father for his efforts. That was the final straw, and his mother filed for divorce. Using the money from the huge settlement, Reno's mother opened up the Pyramid Law Firm, and eventually moved the headquarters to Clairbourn in an effort to get away from the dangers of the big city. Currently, Reno lives in a swanky apartment not far from the high school with his mother and cat.

In December of 2007, Reno received news that his father had been killed in a car accident. When he received a mysterious package a week and a half later with a note from his late father and $10,000 in cash, Reno decided to go back to Las Vegas to try and figure out what really happened.



Relationships At a Glance

Elena Moreau: Probably the only person at school who bothered to really get to know Reno for who he was, he considers her his closest friend, though any romance between them was abruptly cut short with his sudden exodus to Vegas to investigate his father's death.

Tifa Lockhart: Reno met Tifa in Vegas during the investigation into the drug cartel his father worked for, and the two wound up working together until they had to...run for their lives. Knowing he couldn't just leave Tifa in Vegas, he took her with him back to Clairbourn and she will be enrolled in class for the 08/09 year. She is currently living in Reno's apartment, although the exact nature of their relationship is still mostly a mystery~
