Background

Though a man of Kent for the greater part of the 17 & 18th century, Tobias studied and served as both man and Kindred in Japan. He is a skilled Occultist and Occult Scholas. His dress and manner indicate and went native in Japan turning his back on his native Christianity and fully commiting to Shintoism.

He carries a Katana in which use he seems well versed.
