Environmentally-Friendly Public Transit From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Red Line to Fullerton, hoof it two blocks South to Webster, Kelly�s is right next to the L tracks, like Party Central, except much closer. From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Blue Line to California, hoof it a block and half North to Fullerton, take the Fullerton #74 bus East to Sheffield, hoof it two blocks South to Webster, Kelly�s is right next to the L tracks.
