Background:

Kioni, when alive, was a member of the Kikuyu people living in Kenya. At her death, she was 19 years old. Her elder brother was a vehement opponent of President Arap Moi's primarily Kalenjin government and, as such, a prime target for murder during the ethnic violence between the two groups. A gang of armed men surrounded the family home and forced their way in. After a brief fight, the attackers butchered the men, raped the women then killed them. They burned the building afterwards. Upon waking, Kioni discovered she was dead and, after meeting up with a friendly-ish soul, was told about her new 'home', how to gain power, etc. She realised that, if strong enough, she could live again and get revenge on her family's murderers. Thanking the soul who'd found her, she left, intent on making herself more powerful. Instead of taking on the various souls and monstrosities head-on, she found herself rather good at sneaking up on them and taking them from behind.

Wings:

Two forms: 1. Cloak- A grey sheet of fabric just about large enough for Kioni to wrap herself in. When wrapped in it, she's very hard to see and if still, tends to blend in to her surroundings. 2. Dagger- A small dagger, similar to this in appearance but the entire thing is a matt black colour. Obviously, it's main use is stabbing things.

Any other abilities/skills:

Natural- Is a damn good cook and can balance stuff on her head. Unnatural- Kioni is extremely good at moving quickly, stealthily and quietly. She is great at hiding, even without her cloak, and can climb many surfaces with relative ease. Although not as good at fighting as a soul of her age could be expected to be, she's good at dodging blows and stabbing a vulnerable area after getting past her opponent's guard.
