The classes presented below are broad groups that define general archetypes. Individuals within each class may vary greatly in their own actual definition of their profession. Merchants can range from simple peddlers to wealthy tycoons. Rogues can range from street smart urchins to the the most deadly of assassins. And blades can range from witty swashbucklers to rigid kendoka.


Warrior classes:

  • Blade: A light to heavy warrior, specialiced in the use of archaic weapons.
  • Martial artist: A light warrior, specialized in the use of advanced unarmed combat techniques.
  • Shadow: A light warrior, specialized in stealth and deception.
  • Scout: A light warrior, specialized in tracking and stealth/camouflage.
  • Savage: A medium warrior, specialiced in the use of simple weapons and crude tactics.
  • Soldier: A medium to heavy warrior, specialized in advanced tactics and sophisticated weaponry.
  • Thug: A light to medium streetsmart warrior, specialized in unarmed combat and improvised weapons.

Psionic classes:

  • Psion
  • Wilder
  • ???

Academic classes:

  • Artist: A talented individual trained in visual and/or performing arts.
  • Diplomat: A charismatic professional, trained in the arts of politics and negotiations.
  • Investigator: An analytical professional who uses knowledge and social skills to find information.
  • Merchant: A professional businessman, trained in logistics and economics.
  • Scientist: A highly-educated professional, trained in specialized fields of knowledge.
  • Techie: A crafty individual, trained in the use of a variety of technologial equipment.
