MistyLover is a male (subject to change) user on SerebiiForums.com who has been the source of many jokes and good times to CBC and other Pokemoners for several months.
He is either a poor soul who should be drowned in a well, or a clever troll. lol. He is also (supposedly) known as pokemonmasterash, and is obsessed with Emma Watson, the actress who plays some chick in the Harry Potter movies. His MSN Screen Name is often "I <3 EMMA WATTSON" with her as his display picture.

[edit] The Big Misty Bang Theory
Finding the exact moment that Mistylover's idiocy became apparent to the good Pokemoners of SPPf is sort of like the creation of the Universe: the closer you get to Time Zero, the less sense your logic makes and the more tired you feel of looking.
One thing is for certain, though. At the time he was almost certainly thinking of banging Misty from the Anime. And so we have the Big Misty Bang theory. Big refers to the sheer events that followed, and is in fact contrary to the size of MistyLover's penis, should he own one currently.

One of the things ML is famous for is his undying biased arguments that are always 100% wrong.
The most famous is Gardevoir being a better sweeper than Alakazam, a belief he holds true to this day. Harry Potter is another known love of his.
Surprisingly, MistyLover has never spoke about loving Misty unless to defend his case for his name, saying he merely admires her character. He has been seen in "Misty v May v Dawn" threads, gaying them up however.
Other lesser known fetishes include Umbreon and Milotic, which may be his only correct arguments to this date. And Emma Wattson.
He also writes a shipping fic, if you haven't found a reason to hate him yet.

[edit] The ShoddyBattle Era
The MistyLover-ShoddyBattle era is a period of time that spans from October 2007 with ML's win against 4J (see "All Bets Are Off") to the present day. It can be seen as one of the main seperations in the "ML timeline".
This series of events is notable from other ML eras in that a rapid change can be seen in MistyLover if one were to compare him from today with his past self. In particular, a more adolescent and (consequently!) hetrosexual nature can be observed, as well as a tendency to avoid Pokemon discussions and decide to take his retarded nature to the world of general discussion.
Another massive change for the worse is MistyLover's new "getting away with murder" tactic, or rather, how we disguises his bad Pokemoning. Since his introduction to it by 4J, MistyLover has played on ShoddyBattle more often than most of CBC's regulars. Now, whenever someone rates his team (and I mean "someone", it could matter less if it was a mod from Smogon or a new person on IGN), they get a treatment where MistyLover will merely say "I've used Team x on Shoddy and it fares well against this Pokemon".
Usually, he further backs this up if questioned by saying he will sacrifice a Pokemon, which is of course extreme lengths and not a counter. He will persist he has no problems until said rater / troll eventually gives up, and ML's ego gets a boost.
Included in this part of the ML timeline are all battles bewteen MistyLover and CBC regulars. To date, MistyLover has defeated 5 regs.
[edit] Noteworthy Events
[edit] On SPPf
During one of 4J's old RMT threads in D/P CRMT, he flamed MistyLover in what is the most remembered early existence of ML. 4J was banned soon afterwards (not only due to this thread). MistyLover, of course, rejoiced his "arch enemy" was banned. 4J was back two weeks later, after many people thought he had left (bans are only a week long, but 4J was on holiday the following week).
4J has since been warned for flaming MistyLover but never banned and not in spectacular amounts.
MistyLover himself was soon banned from SPPf for a week, for unknown reasons, and again a week later. Soon revealed he got banned because he was looking for a specific Zapdos for Ekul the Sarcastic, but he accidentally posted four times which resulted to infractions.
He has been banned a couple more times for making shit topics in Misc Discussion and for getting the crap trolled out of him by facetious, Josh and to a lesser extent Brayels.
MistyLover recieved a 3 month ban sometime in fall, which has since been lifted. Currently he has taken to his old ways of posting in CRMTs, but with a new style (see: "ShoddyBattle Era")! And of course, he is still the center of 90% of SPPf's troll's jokes, and he continues to post in misc. discussion.
Recently, ML recieved a permaban from SPPf thanks to Raito and some other contributing mods who wanted him off the forum. He currently believes there is a petition to get him unbanned (thanks to Miz). While discussing the topic with a CBCer, MistyLover stated that "the most well-knwon member on SPPf is now gone".
[edit] On CBC
Somebody registered an account RegiROX on CBC so he could get another vote on a poll. Extra used it and pretended it was ML afterwards. Some were tricked. It was banned. Some funny appeared. Not enough.
Later in the week, coincidentally, ML ACTUALLY joined. He was banned by Extra, but 4J lifted the ban for the lulz. He has not made any posts. At all. Even in Welcome Wagon.
4J once posted ML's friend code and tricked some people into adding it by telling them it was his. Not as many people fell for it as was planned.
Recently, MistyLover denied the account "MistyLover" was even his. However, shortly after he beat 4J, he tried bragging about it on CBC with it after noticing it wasn't band, proving it was him. He was changed to "mistyraper" and his last post is "You people are such powerabuers =/".
MistyLover from SPPF is really not the one in CBC, as he never had any intentions of joining another Pokemon forum.
To date MistyLover has beaten 4J, Reno, Judicator and Ludicolo in battles, all of whom are CBC regs. However, all of them have exacted their revenge with 6-0s on ML.

"mistylover lol" is the first posted full-out troll / flame of ML on MSN and is SPAM!'s 8th most viewed thread EVAR, losing out to a magichands thread and 2 former stickies.
It occurred shortly after 4J's return from Germany, however, two other, better [supposedly] trolls took place IN Germany beforehand, but are stuck over there forever.
"lol mistylover v.2" is a disappointingly uneventful sequel that can never live up to the original. A third installment shows ML calling 4J gay, apparently coming onto him.
More are expected to come while the regulars of CBC remain unblocked on ML's contact list.
Somebody and Extra are almost always unblocked on ML's MSN for unknown reasons, even if they act as said middleman.
Mag tried to add him in the first thread but ML denied, recognizing the e-mail address and making a smart decision for once.
Recently MistyLover has unblocked pretty much everyone as is regularly added into msn chats between CBC's regulars. Many of his topics include "WHY DO YOU ALL TALK ABOUT POKEMON", "ARE YOU DEPRESSED?" and "WHO WROTE THAT ARTICLE ABOUT ME". Astonishingly, quite a few CBC'ers like MistyLover.

"Why are you so cruel?"

lol MistyLover IV is the latest and to the participants greatest of the trolls on ML.
ML became aware of his CBC Wiki article again in a conversation with 4J and Discord. Soon, he saw a recently added shop of him and his friends, and began BEGGING for it to be removed (see the thread for exact lulz).
Discord and 4J planned to edit the picture out and back in, but things went off track as ML wanted somebody else to edit it. This concieved the new SPAM! rule: There is ALWAYS a Plan B. Always.
As the full article had been saved already incase ML went trigger happy, 4J thought of a new plan and instead edited the Pain Series in place of the entire article. ML was sent a link "to show proof of the edit", and soon exclaimed his disgust and shock. lol. ML was horrified as 4J showed signs that he was attracted to him.
That wasn't the end though. ML thought, to an extent, he'd won as the original article was gone. Discord and 4J reminded him this was foolish thinking, and the proper article was back up, shopped friends and all, within the minute. ML left the conversation in a rage, ending the events of MistyLover IV.

The tagline of "Resident Evil: Extinction" became the topic title for the thread describing the events that transpired when 4J and MistyLover finally had a battle on Shoddy.
In quite possibly the most lulzworthy outcome in the history of Pokemon, 4J lost to MistyLover on Sunday, October 14th after being CH'ed.
4J was ready to quit Pokemon (as he'd said he would if he lost) but instead decided to come back after realising that ML had only won through luck, and that ML is a shit battler whos ego need not be inflated by getting rid of "the big bad enemy". Actually, due to finding out the moveset of his Suicune, 4J's Jirachi would never have defeated him, as his Suicune had Sub / Rest / Surf / Calm Mind. 4J, unfortunately, was acting all emo and that he had failed defeating the opposing army.
Two weeks later, 4J battled MistyLover - and this time it was personal. 4J proceeded to rape with a 6-0 sweep, with a thread entitled "ALL BETS ARE OFF 2".
However, this has not stopped MistyLover's ego inflating even more and threatning to destroy the entiar universe. Before the battle he has claimed that HE WILL TRAIN HARD 2B A POKEMON MASTA, and "plan[s] to beat him [magtrio]" on Shoddy.
He later told Discord to "warn magtrio".
The odds off MistyLover beating mag are slim to none, but as the title of these events suggest, ALL BETS ARE OFF LOL.
"All Bets Are Off #1337" was a recent thread made by Raito when MistyLover challenged him after Raito infracted him on SPPf. Raito proceeded to win, concluding the third "All Bets Are off".
The next All Bets Are Off is expected by the end of the month, and the joke is estimated to be raped dry until MistyLover dies.
[edit] Gender Confusion and Troll Possibilities
Most people assume ML is female upon first glance, and we cannot deny this possibility. Or, he could simply be a trap.

Recently, MistyLover admitted to 4J that he was a troll, or that he "had been one" in the past.
This sparked controversies over whether he was actually admitting to a year and a half of sitting trolling Pokemon forums pathetically, or if it was a year and a half of posting actual stupidity pathetically.
The consensus for CBC currently is that although he may act purposely dumb on more modern occasions, he has and still is genuinely stupid, and that he has adopted the name "troll" because he has seen people acusing him of being one.
