Smogon [1] is the biggest competitive Pokemon website on the Internet. They are usually the main source of serious information for CB Colosseum, and along with CBC and Diglett's Pimphouse were the first sites to post half-decent D/P Pokemon Analyses. They also have a tier list, which is unfinished.
