Lucius Malfoy

Lucius Malfoy is from J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter. He's the father of Draco Malfoy and though he keeps it a pretty heavy secret, he's a Death Eater as well, carrying the Dark Mark on his left arm (Alison will correct me if I'm wrong). He's manipulative and cruel. He's also better then you are.
